Our commission for sales mediation.
The right to commission arises when the purchase contract is signed. The commission is payable when the purchase price is transferred to the seller's account. Our commission for sales mediation is 3-5% of the sale price (+ VAT). The commission is usually paid by the selling party, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Lease brokerage commission.
The right to commission arises when the lease agreement is signed. The commission is payable on the day of signing the lease agreement and, if from the landlord, after receiving the first payment for rent and/or deposit.
Our commissions for rental mediation are follows:
- long-term lease for 12 months or more, so the commission is paid by the property owner and the tenant in the amount of the commission of one month's rent
- short-term lease for less than 12 months the commission is paid by the property owner and the tenant, where the commission is 15% of the total amount stated in the lease agreement, but not more than the amount of one month's rent
- offices and retail space 10% of the total amount for the first year of the lease, when the commission is paid by the property owner and / or the tenant
Property management, individual units (eg apartment, house, office, shop) for property owners
- Fixed amount 500 CZK / month, + VAT
- 8% of the rent + VAT for each month, if the unit is rented (including commission for arranging the lease)
